Shipping methods & rates
We offer free shipping in Australia.
Our standard shipping carrier is Australia Post. Shipping times vary, depending on your location and we recommend allowing 3-5 business days to receive your order.
During peak periods such as Christmas, there may be longer delivery times and we recommend allowing an additional 5-10 business days to avoid disappointment. No orders are being processed between 25/12/2019 – 05/01/2020.
Changing your order
We aim to send out your order as soon as we can so changes may not always be possible. If you have made an error with your shipping address or would like to update your order, please contact us as soon as you can and we will be happy to help.
Order not delivered
If you have not received your order within the advised shipping times above, your parcel is damaged or you have another concern, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Returns & exchanges
Goldfield & Banks Australia offer an exchange or a refund on all orders purchased from goldfieldandbanks.com within 10 days of receipt.
In order to return your product, it must be unopened and in its original condition, including all packaging. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt with your returns in order to expedite the process. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us.
Products purchased from our stockists may be returned directly to them, subject to each stores returns and refund policy.
