1. Eligibility
• The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
• Participants must subscribe to our newsletter via. the Meta lead generation form during the promotional period to be eligible for the giveaway.
• This giveaway is open to residents of the United States of America, Canada, Australia, and of the European countries listed in our shipping policy.
  
2. Promotional Period
• The giveaway starts on 12^th July, 2024 and ends on 1^st August, 2024.
• Subscriptions made within this period will be eligible for the sample giveaway.
• Pre-existing newsletter subscribers may also participate in this promotion if they re-enter their details in the Meta lead generation form.
  
3. Subscription
• To participate, individuals must successfully subscribe to our newsletter by providing their full name, valid email address, valid mobile number and:
• Their country if they are from the United States of America, Canada, and Australia; OR
• Their full address if they are from the European countries listed in our shipping policy.
• Only one subscription per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
  
4. Sample Distribution
• The first 100 eligible subscribers from each of the following regions will receive a 2ml sample of Goldfield & Banks’ Mystic Bliss perfume:
• United States of America & Canada
• Europe
• Australia
  
• Samples will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
• Participants from Europe will receive their 2ml sample directly to the address they have provided in the Meta Lead Generation form.
  
• Participants from the United States of America, Canada, and Australia will be emailed a discount code to redeem their complimentary Mystic Bliss 2ml sample.
• Participants must order the Mystic Bliss 2ml sample via. the Goldfield & Banks website, apply the discount code and checkout with a valid address to receive their sample.
• This discount code can only be used once per person on the Goldfield & Banks website.
• This discount code is only valid on redeeming a complimentary Mystic Bliss 2ml sample. Customers are unable to redeem any other complimentary Goldfield & Banks products.
• The discount code must be entered at checkout to redeem the complimentary product.
• The discount code cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• The code is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  
5. Notification and Delivery
• Eligible participants will be notified via email within 10 days after subscribing.
• For participants based in Europe, samples will be shipped to the address provided during the subscription process.
• For participants based in the United States of America, Canada, and Australia, samples will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process on the Goldfield & Banks website once their 2ml sample is ordered.
• Delivery times may vary based on location.
• We are not responsible for any samples lost or damaged during shipping.
• Due to limited stock availabilities, samples that may be lost during shipping may not be able to be replaced and the final decision is up to the discretion of the Goldfield & Banks customer service team.
  
6. Privacy
• By subscribing to our newsletter, participants agree to our Privacy Policy.
  
• Personal information provided during the subscription will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and sending newsletters.
  
7. Modification and Termination
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
